Yankees Win Streal Snapped At 7 With 8-4 Loss To Mariners

As the say, all good things must come to an end. Tonight that good thing was the Yankees winning streak. It was a pretty crummy game. The Yankees never really got anything going. Sabathia never got into a rhythm and had one of his worst outings of the season. The offense, with the exception of Cano and Matsui, absolutely stunk. They managed 7 hits, 5 coming off the bats of Cano and Matsui. Posada's weak swing to end the game pretty much summed up the whole night. It was just a bad effort all around.

I don't think there's really a lot to expand on with this game. It was just bad all-around. It happens. You just don't want it to happen a lot. A.J. Burnett gets the start tomorrow. His last 3 starts have been great. 20.1 IP, 10 hits, 10 BB, 26 K, and only 1 earned run. He's been lights out. Tomorrow is a new day. Time to start another winning streak.

Peace, love and Pinstripes,

J-Boogie
